We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join us and spearhead the e-commerce sales operations at North.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Sales Management: Overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Opportunity Identification: Proactively identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiating and finalizing agreements. Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously seeking ways to improve and enhance customer satisfaction. Lead Management: Efficiently managing leads within the CRM system. Collaboration with Marketing Team: Working closely with the marketing team to ensure overall success.
* Familiarity with sales processes in the technological field - mandatory.
* Previous sales experience in the development and e-commerce sectors (Shopify, Magento, Oro, etc) - an advantage.
* Experience working with B2C and B2B sales organizations.
* Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools.
* High proficiency in English.
* Experience in lead management, including tracking and conversion.
