Why Youll Love This Role As a Senior Product Designer, youll collaborate with R&D, product, and cross-functional teams both in Israel and abroad. You will own the end-to-end User Experience, from initial research and concept validation to final designs and implementation, ensuring we remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
What Youll Do Design End-to-End Experiences: Own the entire user journey and produce high-quality deliverables, from initial sketches to pixel-perfect designs. Advocate for Users: Champion user-centered design by conducting user research, client interviews, and user testing to create intuitive and impactful solutions. Validate & Iterate: Conduct design reviews and concept validations, iterating on feedback to deliver intuitive, aesthetic, and accessibile solutions. Maintain & Evolve Our Design system : Lead the management and evolution of our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals and regulatory requirements. Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain the highest accessibility standards in your designs while upholding healthcare regulations.
