Regional Quality Manager
Position Overview:
Customer satisfaction and continuous strive for excellence are the corner stone of our company, an Orbia business success.
The Global Quality Senior Manager is responsible to drive and achieve highest level of Quality culture and performance at the region to support the business needs.
Major areas of responsibility, main processes, tasks:
Member of the Global Quality and OpEx Management team.
Full professional responsibility for the quality at the region.
Matrix management of the quality managers at the sites in the region.
Guide, train and support the quality teams at the sites.
Lead quality aspects as part of Product Development, ECOs and change management at the sites.
Responsible for "end2end" quality issues at the region.
Define and implement global QC, QMS standards and work instructions.
Lead standardization of best practices.
Lead processes, methods and tools to achieve highest quality and efficiency.
Lead the quality routines at the region.
Manage and control quality KPI's.
Lead and drive knowledge sharing globally.
Lead and drive continuous improvement activities using problem solving methods.
Perform quality maturity assessment, QMS and process audits to drive the quality at the sites.
Support external audits and maintain communication with notification bodies, external labs, for the QMS and product certification.

Requirements:
Required Knowledge and experience:
BSC engineering, MSC/MBA preferred.
Previous successful experience as quality manager and in leading quality managers at industrial environment.
Experience from global companies.
Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 (and other QMS), Six-Sigma, 8D, PFMEA, MSA, GR&R, Process capability, SPC.
High level of communication in English (verbal and written).
Advantage
-Quality and Six-Sigma certifications (e.g., CMQ/CQE, Six-Sigma Black Belt, Auditor certification).
-Proficiency in digitalized tools for quality management.
-Proficiency in SAP and MES.
-Knowledge in injection and plastic extrusion.
Personal skills and qualifications:
High level of leadership capabilities, energy, enthusiasm, personal integrity, and ownership.
Self-motivated and strive for excellence.
Make things happen/results oriented in a collaborative manner.
Be able to work in front of multiple interfaces and positions in parallel.

Consistent and methodological working ability.
