Full Stack Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Team Lead to join our dynamic R&D team. In this role, you will lead a team of talented developers, oversee the design and development of cutting-edge web application of our product flagship VelocityXDR, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, combined with your leadership abilities, will be essential in driving our projects to success.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of full stack and frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web application using modern frontend and backend technologies.
Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support to team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of the projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
