R&D Ops Manager

We are seeking an excellent and experienced R&D Operations Manager to join our Product and R&D Operations team and lead the operational processes of dev department.

You are a good fit for this role if you are a problem solver, self learner with a technical orientation, have a strong background in operations management within R&D environments, highly motivated and outside the box thinker and yet very organized and methodological.

Responsibilities
As a R&D Operations manager, you will create, implement and oversee procedures, processes and tools, as well as lead cross department and cross team collaboration, to streamline our teams execution - Improve its quality and increase its velocity.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that our teams run efficiently and are aligned with the company's strategic goals. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing tools and resources and implementing best practices to streamline delivery.
Your work within R&D will enable growth and allow building and delivering the best product to clients, at scale.
You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and carry out cross-organizational initiatives, involving multiple teams across the organization.
You will also be enabling processes and enforcing them through Jira automations.
