Radiology Informatics is looking for a Junior Project Manager Student to support our R&D teams in operating more efficiently and support the day-to-day activities.

Data-driven person, promote proactively data-driven operations across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Analyze data and derive valuable conclusions to support R&D day-to-day activities such as SW Release Management and process improvements
Conduct status meetings to present projects’ progress and data analysis results
Build dashboards and reports in Excel and JIRA
Work with a subcontractor developer to define requirements and build new BI dashboards
Take the role of an RTE (release train engineer) of one of our ART (Agile Release Train) development streams.
Promote Agile implementation within R&D team
Interface with internal and external stakeholders
Passionate about data, able to analyze and translate it to valuable insight

Requirements:

BSc./MSc. Student in: Industrial Engineering, Biomedical, Data Engineering with at least 2 years remaining and availability to work least 2.5 days a week, out of 2 days in our offices.
Microsoft Excel champion
Proven experienced Data-driven person, promote proactively data-driven operations across the organization
Structured, with good communication skills and the ability to present
Able to understand and improve complex processes while working effectively under pressure in dynamic environments.
A team player who can work effectively with others and has good soft skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

advantage

Familiar and understand software development methodology and practice
Familiar with JIRA and Agile methodology (and SAFe specifically)

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
