CFO

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of a multi-entity global fintech company. This position involves overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including strategic planning, treasury management, compliance, governance, M&A activities, and team leadership.

As a key partner to the CEO and executive team, the CFO will ensure that the companys financial operations support its long-term goals, business scalability, and overall growth. You will lead efforts to optimize financial performance, implement innovative technology-driven solutions, and maintain compliance with global accounting standards.

This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with deep expertise in finance, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple geographies. Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee global accounting operations and ensure compliance with international standards.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations to optimize financial performance.
Lead global tax planning, compliance, and transfer pricing strategies.
Drive M&A activities, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
Collaborate with HR to align payroll processes with employee data and benefits management.
Ensure corporate governance compliance and support legal teams with financial insights.
Implement and optimize financial systems, leveraging tools like NetSuite and Salesforce.
Utilize AI-driven analytics to improve forecasting, risk management, and performance insights.
Manage and develop a global finance team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
