Team lead/Tech lead - Windows Data (Python, DevOps , Data, OS internals)

The Data field in the Windows organization is in charge of Data collection and analysis abilities, required for improving the Windows agents quality in the field, analyze complex issues, and improve the decision making in the organization, by providing the managers with the needed data to take decisions in a data-driven manner.
What will you do?
The Windows organization is a key part of our company's all-star EPP/EDR development organization, and works on the core part of our business - Endpoint protection, awarded 3x in-a-row as Gartner Leader, as #1 in many Mitre Att&ck assessments, valued in Gartner Peer Insights and more.
The Window organization is in charge of the development of the Windows EPP/EDR agent, and as part of that, requires different interfaces of cloud-based data collection and analytics, as part of its work, used for giving the organization better visibility over the field usage of the agent, for improving decision making in the organization to be data-driven.

As a Tech lead of the team, youll be leading a small (2-4) team, and will be required to work hands-on.
You will work mostly with other Engineering managers, providing them with data interfaces, and abilities to get insights into the data, to improve decision making and the overall quality of the product.
You will lead the teams research and development, be in charge of design and architecture, and overall leading of your domain.
The Data team has many interfaces with the Low-level teams, developing C++, so youll need to be able to understand their needs, and manage to make the data insights accessible to them, so that they can use it effectively. In order to successfully deal with this challenge, you will continuously enrich your knowledge and experience with both Cloud and data collection/analysis fields, but also in Windows OS internals and the Endpoint Protection as well as Endpoint Detection & Response eco-system.
You will have the chance to design, develop and lead primarily in Python.
Our team designs and executes significant new features, as well as rewrites and reimplements the existing ones from scratch. You will also deal with extraordinary performance & optimization challenges, given the scale of our cybersecurity SW (handling hundreds of billions of security events every day).
Your work will influence the security and quality of tens of millions of Windows devices, that we protect at enterprise & government customers across the globe (incl. 4 of Fortune 10 and hundreds of Global 2000 companies).
