Regional Head of Consumer (Cx)

We are looking for a Regional Head of Consumer (Cx) Manager to lead and influence key products that will shape our consumer engagement, making our users come back to our platform again and again, excited with the service and experience they have with our company. This is a high-impact role that involves introducing and implementing products and services developed globally into the local market. The Regional Head of Consumer will work closely with marketing & cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to drive capital efficient growth by holistically improving our consumer experience across areas such as Loyalty, Pricing & Incentives and Product experience (e.g. Discovery).
The position requires a strategic mindset and hands-on project management skills. You will be responsible for evaluating the customers value proposition, financial viability and legal implications of global products, and ensuring their successful integration into the Israeli market.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Improvement: Continuously improve the consumer experience by launching new services, lead the introduction of new global products and services into the Israeli market, from consumer value proposition, financial modeling and legal considerations to operational execution.
Strategic Thinking: Define success by creating high-value customer propositions, engaging teams in successful launches, and ensuring high utilization of products and services.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze the potential impact on P&L and lead the process of translating global initiatives into local success stories
Marketing and Consumer Insights: Understand customer behaviors, and how marketing initiatives impact consumer decisions and behavior.
