Our Talent Acquisition team has been on an incredible journey throughout this time too. Were now a global team of 130+ people with bases in Europe, Tokyo and Tel Aviv.
And while weve experienced this exciting growth on a global level, Israel in particular has been quite unique. Since launching in 2018, we have scaled to be the largest operations of all our companys markets and there are no plans to slow down! :)
As we continue the growth of our company in the East the Talent Acquisition team is looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to help us excel in our hiring to ensure better hires and candidate experiences. This is a great opportunity to find your passion in growing our teams at our company.
What youll be doing
Hiring mass recruiting for retail positions, managing the process E2E: funnels and KPIs, working closely with hiring managers and HRBP.
Operating with a high level of attention to detail - we need clean, complete and credible data and this all comes from best practice use of the system.
Adding spark to your hiring processes - truly understanding the target candidate and creating innovative and appealing job adverts or outreach campaigns.
Being a local expert. This includes understanding the talent market, local culture and how to overcome potential recruitment obstacles.
