Quality Lead

we are looking for a strategic quality technical manager to drive quality initiatives across the organization and to ensure the quality of our product releases. This role requires a deep understanding of development lifecycles and establishing and implementing effective QA processes. The successful candidate will have a matrixed leadership role over the company's QA function.

This role does not have direct reports.

Responsibilities

Responsible for automation coverage
Define and review test strategy and features test plans
Ownership of escaped defects lifecycle (Ensuring timely fixes and implementing measures to prevent future occurrences)
Matrix management to create and enforce unified quality methodologies and processes across the company to achieve a max. test coverage
Work closely with Dev squad managers to achieve a mutual quality culture and quality product development
Responsible for both web app quality as well as data accuracy and consistency
Take part in architecture and system requirements definitions
Having great system views while mastering the lowest level of details
Lead and own the quality agenda of our client
