Tel Aviv Research center (also known as Toga Networks) is looking for a few outstanding experts that combine AI/ML as well as Systems skills. We focus on inference performance and LLM serving of large-scale models deployed on the Huawei Cloud. Our use cases come from Huaweis next generation Smartphones, devices and applications and require innovative AI/ML algorithms and techniques. Our wide scope includes contributions to the Open Source MindSpore deep-learning framework, as well as scenario-specific algorithms in the domains of LLMs and Multi-Modality.
The recruiting team balances product-relevant deliveries as well as state-of-the-art research. The ideal candidate is practical, yet creative, having demonstrated experience in both analyzing and occasionally authoring research papers, as well as industrial SW development.

Requirements:
At least B.Sc. in CS or EE. M.Sc. or PhD is an advantage.
At least 4 years of industrial, hands-on experience in SW development.
Development experience in Linux environment
Practical experience in AI/ML applications (e.g., CV, LLM scenarios) and DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow.
Experience with performance benchmarking and low-level systems aspects
Rapid prototyping/PoC capabilities
Nice to have: Practical experience with writing optimized inference and training code using CUDA.
Programming skills: excellent Python, C++ and scripting languages
