You know how to read the room and understand the professional environment youre in. About the position The Event Manager is a leading stakeholder in the event hosting strategy and its implementation. Youll collaborate with multiple teams within the organization, as well as with external vendors to sell, plan and deliver corporate events. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated multi-tasker to join a successful high-growth company. Were looking for an experienced, organized, metrics-driven event manager, with an eye for detail, a creative soul, and strong project management and sales skills. Responsibilities
* Be a key stakeholder in defining the event product for us, including its packages, capabilities and pricing
* Create partnerships with service providers to deliver the best event experience for our clients and their guests
* Manage the sales cycle - following up on leads, tailoring the offering, negotiating and presenting offers
* End-to-end responsibility for delivering events: concept, planning, production, and execution of events
* Coordinate with other teams in the organization, among others the operations, finance, marketing, and legal teams
* Improve and optimize the product based on customer feedback and data.
