We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This role is critical to the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on delivering scalable, secure, and reliable DevOps solutions. In addition to technical expertise, this position involves engaging directly with customers and supporting them as part of the onboarding process. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to enhance our platform's automation, performance, and monitoring capabilities. Your expertise will drive the efficiency and resilience of our infrastructure as we continue to scale.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-availability AWS/GCP/Azure-based infrastructure.
Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable code deployments.
Create and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability and uptime.
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operational tasks and improve system efficiency.
Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate DevOps practices into the development lifecycle.
Lead incident response, conduct post-mortem reviews, and implement preventive measures.
Ensure platform security by adhering to cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
Engage with customers during onboarding to ensure a seamless transition and system setup.
Act as a technical resource for customer-related inquiries and provide post-onboarding support as needed.
Mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Participate in architecture discussions, system design reviews, and technical planning sessions.

Requirements:
Extensive experience managing cloud environments, such as AWS and Azure GCP.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automating infrastructure tasks and workflows.
Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Proven track record of troubleshooting and debugging complex system issues.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) - an advantage.
Knowledge of data-driven platforms and scanning pipelines - an advantage.
Familiarity with multi-tenancy architectures and distributed systems design - an advantage.
