The Materials Project Manager is responsible for ensuring operational success by delivering finished goods on time, with high quality, and at the lowest possible cost. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials, driving the achievement of project milestones, and delivering finished goods on schedule. This is a strategic supply chain role, interacting with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and our internal core teams, encompassing also production planning, cost reduction and refinement of operational processes.
Drive the production of PCBA prototypes for our Israels R&D center projects, ensuring that milestones are met while simultaneously achieving aggressive order cycle-time goals and maximizing the supply of finished goods.
Cross functional project management capability, from R&D through production functions.
Strong analytic capability - Identify problem areas, and drive appropriate functional groups to maintain best practices.
Order booking, Invoicing related actions and meticulous data maintenance of production information through information systems.
Maintain and improve supply chain processes.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of project management experience - required.
BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management - required.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of managing complex supply chain production projects.
Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to influence outcome through interpersonal relationships and data-driven decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, required ability to present to management.
Preferred candidates with technical orientation.
The candidate must be a strong team player and communicator.
Strong proficiency in tasks management, organization, and maintaining large volumes of data.
