Were seeking an LLM-Solutions Engineer to join our AI Lab & Internal Tools team. In this role, youll focus on leveraging language models alongside other generative models to create innovative solutions, prototypes, and tools that enhance creativity and productivity across our products. Youll work closely with cross-functional team members to develop workflows, integrate LLMs into projects, and ensure their seamless functionality within the teams experimental projects and tools.

What you will be doing
Design and implement solutions using LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integration into workflows.
Build and optimize LLM-powered features to enhance creative workflows and automate internal processes.
Collaborate with Creative AI Specialists and the team lead to develop AI prototypes and tools that bring value to users and the team.
Experiment with emerging AI technologies to identify new opportunities and applications.
Translate complex AI capabilities into practical, user-friendly solutions.
Work with dedicated developers to ensure smooth integration and scalability of LLM-based features.

Requirements:
Background in Computer Science or Data Sciene
Proven technical expertise in working with large language models.
Proficiency in prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and coding workflows with LLMs.
Solid understanding of AI/ML principles and familiarity with integrating LLMs into production environments.
Broad knowledge of the Language models landscape & tradeoffs.
Basic coding experience, especially in Python or similar languages, with a focus on AI applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt LLM capabilities to creative and product-focused challenges.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work across disciplines in high-pace environments, including with developers and product managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with AI-based creative workflows or tools (comfyUI), LLMs API integration and working with multiple AI platforms.
Experience with frontend or UX development to bridge LLM functionality with user-facing interfaces.
Background in developing or deploying custom AI models for specific applications.
