As a UX Researcher, you'll utilize your innate curiosity to create, execute, and analyze fascinating research projects -- and have the pleasure of seeing your insights incorporated into top-notch products. Youll also have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with our world-class Design, Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams.
What you will be doing
Work closely with stakeholders to identify research topics and create actionable research plans that are aligned with business goals. Effectively manage and prioritize research projects within a fast-paced start-up environment.
Conduct various generative and evaluative research studies, including surveys, interviews, diary studies, usability tests, and more. This includes research planning, participant recruitment, execution of methods, analysis, and working with stakeholders throughout the research process.
Play a key role in analyzing research and turning it into actionable insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs
Communicate insights and recommendations in compelling and creative ways
Advocate for the incorporation of findings into our products through reporting, presenting, and working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.
Educate stakeholders in order to support research democratization efforts and enable purposeful cross-functional work

Requirements:
Required: 1-4 years experience in UX Research
Preferred: Degrees in a human behavior related field, such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology and more.
Native or near native level English (reading, writing, and speaking).
A good, demonstrated understanding of research methodology such as usability testing, qualitative interviewing, surveying, and more.
Natural curiosity and genuine interest in the field: the thought of spending your day gaining greater understanding of how people think and work excites you more than it does the general public.
Excellent, demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders at once. This includes relationship building, problem solving, and project management.
Great communication skills written and verbal are a must. You know how to get users talking, how to give compelling presentations, and everything in between.
