We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hardware team leader. This role is critical as you will be leading all hardware design efforts, ensuring the development of cutting-edge products for the IoT field. As the leader of the hardware design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and maintaining our position as a global leader in smart water management solutions.

Requirements:
A degree in electrical and electronics engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in practical design of electronic cards integrated with microprocessors and radio.
Experience in leading hardware development teams.
Strong background in the fields of analog design, microcontrollers, sensors, and radio.
Experience transferring from R&D to production.
Practical experience with PCB's planning and layout SW.
Experience in development according to quality and manufacturing standards for electronic products.
Experience in the field of IoT and communication products.
