Customer Support:
Manage customer orders, ensuring smooth operation and timely delivery.
Maintain clear and effective communication with EyeYons existing customers.
Identify and resolve customer-related challenges with a problem-solving approach.
Supply Chain:
Manage full cycle supply chain process (customer order to shipment)
Inventory planning (FIFO) and warehouse management
Purchase orders to sub-contractors
Marketing Materials Social Media
Support marketing materials development for patients and surgeons.
Ensure high-quality and targeted marketing materials align with EyeYons branding and goals.
Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for EyeYon.
Manage and schedule posts on platforms such as LinkedIn and facebook.
Support the commercial team with event planning and logistics for select congresses.

Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
Medical device industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Experience with an ERP system (Priority- advantage).
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BA, Marketing, Healthcare, Industrial Engineering or similar).
At least 2 years of supply chain experience.
At least 2 years of Experience in customer service.
