Responsibilities
Lead and manage product teams, owning features from E2E.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Economy, BI/BA, etc.).
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Guide the ideation, development, and launch of innovative features.
Execute the product vision and strategy, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.
Oversee requirement analysis, manage the creation of PRDs, UI/UX flows, and wireframes, and lead backlog prioritization and development execution
Focus on delivering a top-notch user experience, gathering feedback, and iterating on improvements
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements.

1-2 years of experience in a management role within product management, preferably in the gaming industry.
Experience in real money gaming - advantage.
Strong passion for games and the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of gaming trends and player behavior.
Proven project management skillsorganized, self-sufficient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Experience in building and prioritizing product roadmaps to align with business goals and user needs.
Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
1-2 years of experience in a management role within product management, preferably in the gaming industry.
