We are seeking a Senior Cyber Academy Manager with a passion for cybersecurity education and training. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Cyber Academy, developing innovative training programs, and ensuring the academy meets industry standards. You will manage a team of educators and cybersecurity professionals while collaborating with external stakeholders to enhance our curriculum and training delivery. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cybersecurity and a proven track record in educational management. Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of the Cyber Academy's training programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
* Manage a team of educators and cybersecurity experts, fostering a collaborative and innovative training environment.
* Evaluate and enhance existing training materials and curricula based on industry trends and feedback.
* Oversee the budget and resource allocation for the Cyber Academy, ensuring efficient use of funds and materials.
* Track and report on the performance metrics of the academy, including student success rates and program effectiveness.
* Deliver training sessions-part time.
* Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance faculty skills and knowledge in cybersecurity education.

* Minimum of 7 years of experience in the cybersecurity field, with a focus on education or training-Must!
* Proven experience in managing teams and leading educational initiatives.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry trends.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
* Experience with curriculum development and instructional design in English.
* Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and adapt to changing educational needs.
* Willingness to relocate for a minimum of 2 years.
