We are seeking a Developer Relations & Community Manager to build and nurture a thriving community of developers around our open-source AI models while elevating our company's presence in the global tech ecosystem. This role combines technical expertise, community-building, and strategic brand positioning, bridging the gap between developers, research teams, and the broader technology community.
What you will be doing
Establish and manage an active community presence on platforms like Discord, GitHub, Hugging Face, and Reddit.
Create and moderate discussions around model development, implementation, and fine-tuning.
Organize and host events such as AMAs, hackathons, and meetups to foster engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, contributors, and influencers within the AI/ML community.
Recruit and manage beta testers for new features and capabilities.
Act as the liaison between the developer community and our company's research teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
Document and promote community-driven contributions and advancements in the AI model.
Design and execute initiatives to strengthen our company's tech brand positioning, including technical blog creation, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
Partner with internal teams to align community-building efforts with product roadmaps and employer branding goals.
Forge strategic partnerships with other tech companies, academic institutions, and industry influencers.
Develop and implement a robust metrics framework to measure the impact of community and developer relations initiatives.
Plan and execute high-impact events such as hackathons, meetups, and conferences to showcase our company's AI capabilities.
Coach and prepare technical leaders for speaking engagements at industry events, podcasts, and conferences.
Lead the creation of technical content (through our Tech Blog and more) that highlights our company's innovations and attracts top-tier talent.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in developer relations or technical community management, preferably in the AI/ML space.
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, AI model development, and developer workflows.
Proven success in organizing large-scale tech events and managing open-source projects or communities.
Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
Proficiency with platforms like Discord, GitHub, Hugging Face, and developer-centric tools.
Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field - a plus.
Experience with AI image generation models, fine-tuning processes, and tools such as Comfy UI- a plus.
Familiarity with global developer trends and open-source communities- a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset- a plus.
