Responsibilities:
Implementation of resource development and fundraising strategy for the hospital with donors in Israel and abroad according to annual work plan. Written and verbal communication with donors in Israel and abroad, preparation of presentations, videos, website maintenance, writing proposals, letters, newsletters, scheduling meetings, producing ceremonies and events. Working with suppliers in Israel and abroad.

Full-time position Sunday through Thursday 8:00-16:00, with availability required outside working hours.

Requirements:
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree - mandatory
Excellent command of Hebrew and English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - mandatory
Experience in fundraising and resource development in a large organization - advantage
Experience working with multiple interfaces, ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service levels and uncompromising performance standards mandatory
