A company specializing in defense and security solutions is seeking an experienced Component Engineer in the field of electronic components.

Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the professional authority in the electronic components domain to support development projects, production lines, and procurement activities.
Provide alternative solutions for obsolete or allocation components.
Conduct failure investigations in collaboration with the Quality Assurance department.
Offer cross-functional support to production lines and procurement for electronics and electromechanics.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and component manufacturers.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or qualifications as an Electronics Technician.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in component engineering for digital hardware and RF development.
Familiarity with and experience working alongside electronic component manufacturers and suppliers on a global scale.
Understanding of manufacturing technologies and critical component characteristics.
Proficiency in military and civilian standards relevant to electronic components.
Demonstrated high motivation and strong work ethic.
Organizational skills, including the ability to produce structured reports.
Advantage: Experience in space-grade component qualification.
