Our new Reports team will manage our companys dashboards and reports showcasing critical information for our customers, both about their business performance and about our companys Marketing activities impact. As the leader of this team, you will ideate, prioritize and define which data insights we provide our customers, where and how to present them, and work with the cross-functional team to implement this end to end with great usability and performance. The product manager will also directly manage the engineering Reports team including 3-4 developers from multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities
Manage the full life cycle of our companys data and reporting product initiatives: from ideation, research and discovery, competitive analysis, creating a roadmap plan. Detailed specifications and prioritization of individual tasks, to development to launch, including internal and external training, documentation, working with Product Marketing on the Go-to-Market and messaging.
Engage in customer calls to understand pains and present solutions
Help drafting and creating the overall data and reporting strategy of our company
Work with all relevant cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth, and efficient implementation
Plan and drive execution of the product roadmap
Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the product and user experience and drive the whole company forward
Ensure that clients expectations are met throughout the implementation and delivery
Manage a squad of 3-4 developers in multiple disciplines

Requirements:
5+ years experience delivering highly successful and innovative data-related products including data visualizations preferably data visualizations tools, BI, Machine learning, Gen AI
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking
Attention to detail and passion around data visualization and extracting insights
The drive and follow-through required to accomplish complex goals.
You should love the excitement of taking an idea, making a plan, and executing it
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to bridge gaps and collaborate across multiple teams in the company
Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity
A proven ability to run complex technical projects in a dynamic environment
Advantage: Work experience in Agile development lifecycle setting
Advantage: Knowledge with data pipeline/data flow/ETL & ELT processes
5+ years experience delivering highly successful and innovative data-related products including data visualizations preferably data visualizations tools, BI, Machine learning, Gen AI
