* Integration and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
* Developing in-depth knowledge of machinery and resolving complex field issues.
* Conducting training sessions for the maintenance team on machinery operation and troubleshooting.
* Improving processes in collaboration with production and packaging departments.
* Specifying equipment components and machine parts.
* Leading projects for upgrades, operation optimization, and implementing new technologies in partnership with the engineering department.

* At least 3 years of experience in the industrial sector – mandatory.
* Familiarity with packaging and production machinery – a significant advantage.
* Experience working in a computerized environment.
* Assertiveness and strong leadership skills.
* Ability to perform under pressure. Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical E Clear ngineering Technician – mandatory.
