About the Role:
An exciting opportunity to lead operations at a dynamic and innovative fashion company! Responsibilities include:
Overseeing and managing the maintenance and logistics infrastructure of the retail network, including addressing immediate office needs.
Developing an annual budget and ensuring alignment between planning and execution.
Working with suppliers: sourcing, managing tenders, negotiating contracts, and supervising engagements.
Managing subcontractors and ensuring optimal procurement with a focus on quality control, timelines, and cost efficiency.
Supervising the establishment and renovation of the company's stores.
Collaborating with architects, safety consultants, contractors, regulatory authorities, and mall management teams.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree required | Masters degree an advantage.
At least 5 years of senior management experience in operations, specifically in retail or fashion mandatory.
High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Excellent management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented approach, high motivation, and the ability to drive complex processes.
Diligence, initiative, and a strategic mindset.
Reporting to: The companys CEO.
