*Co-pilot and P L ownership for Israel IFP business alongside Israel Commercial Leads
* team leader responsibility for KCP Business Analyst in IL
*Development of ABP and SBP for Israel IFP, set challenging goals and targets and ensure consistent delivery of financial commitments on a monthly / quarterly/annual basis

Accounting qualified with 7+ years professional experience in Commercial Finance with at least 3 years in leadership positions with increased responsibility for results delivery, initiatives strategic decision making.
FMCG experience with strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of Israel retail environment, experience in strategy development, revenue management, solving complex problems, decision making
Strong data management skills, attention to detail /accuracy and proven capability to lead, prioritize and deliver high-quality output under time pressure
Proven ability to lead, challenge and influence across functional boundaries at senior levels of the organization and deliver results
Clear and compelling communication both written and verbal.
