The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing design projects, and ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables. The role involves working in an office located in Herzliya and leading design efforts for urban and transportation mega -projects.

Requirements:
Proven experience of 2 - 5 years in the industry*
Expertise in CAD software, design tools, and project management tools*
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills*
Experience in managing design projects and delivering high-quality results*
Knowledge of Civil and/or system Engineering and transportation design principles*
Excellent communication and presentation abilities*
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field*
Experience in civil engineering or railway transportation projects is a plus*
