We are looking for an R&D Hardware Lab Manager.
In this role you will be in charge of making sure the CI-CD lab has the right equipment, that it is well maintained, and it is operating.
Your Impact
Manage the inventory of 450+ boards in lab.
Manage the inventory of Traffic Generators in lab.
Track the health of the boards and other equipment.
Work with the HW team on fixing malfunctioned boards.
Work with development teams and release team on creating a forecast.
Order and track the addition of new equipment.
Work with Lab personnel for getting the right service for accomplishing your tasks.
Be an integral part of our CI-CD team, participating in various tasks related to the lab.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Having experience managing logistics, including inventory, shipping, and supplier coordination.
Proven ability to use technical tools or handle basic hardware setups.
Strong verbal and written English skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BSc degree.
Highly organized and systematic.
Having the ability to push the organization for achieving your tasks.
Team player.
Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, etc).
Experience in lab management.
Experience with working with HW boards.
