Content Manager Team Lead

Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and mentor the content team, which may include freelancers or external agencies.
Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive engagement, leads, and brand awareness.
Measure the effectiveness of content (where we can, such as social media, newsletters, campaigns) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Use data-driven insights to optimize communication strategies and improve content performance.
Oversee the creation of compelling and high-quality content for different platforms, including blogs, social media, website, newsletters and other marketing materials.
Shape and refine the brand messaging to effectively communicate key value propositions and differentiate the brand in the market.
Ensure that messaging aligns with the brand's positioning and resonates with the target audience.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Manage press releases, media interviews, and other media-related activities to enhance brand visibility.
Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members, ensuring the efficient completion of content projects within deadlines.
Act as the point of contact between the content team and other departments.
Manage the budget of the team.
