Python team leader We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Python team leader to join our team This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented group of developers, drive technical excellence, and design cutting-edge information systems with complex business logic.
What Youll Do:
- Lead a development team of 5-7 developers, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- backend development using Python, including building RESTful APIs and implementing complex business logic.
- Design and architect system architecture.
- Set up and manage development environments, containers, microservices, and Linux systems.
- Collaborate with various interfaces to define infrastructure and integration requirements.
- Maintain a hands-on involvement in development (20%-30%), while working closely with the Tech Lead for technical guidance.
