We are seeking a Head of Legal to lead our legal team at our headquarters and oversee the legal teams in our subsidiaries. This senior position will be responsible for managing a wide range of corporate legal matters, including negotiating and executing key corporate documents for board and shareholder engagements, M&A activities, banking and finance transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead the legal team at HQ, with matrix management of legal teams in our subsidiaries
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents
Oversee M&A processes, finance arrangements, and regulatory compliance efforts
Provide legal counsel and support to cross-functional teams across global markets
Partner with internal and external stakeholders on diverse legal matters
Serve as a strategic business partner across the organization

Law degree from a top academic institution
Certified lawyer with active bar membership
8+ years of relevant legal experience as a corporate lawyer in a high-tech company or in a commercial/high-tech law firm
Proven leadership experience in managing legal teams
Strong negotiation, drafting, analytical, and commercial transaction skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while balancing legal and business considerations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility with working hours and capacity to work effectively in a remote environment
Fluency in English
