A medical device start-up developing an Augmented Reality Guided Surgery System, is seeking an NPI Engineer.
We are located in Yokneam.
As an NPI Engineer you will be responsible for technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.

Main tasks, duties, and responsibilities:
Initiate an existing and new processes and workflows changes.
Taking active actions within the R&D activities to create or improve existing processes.
Engage in Service and operation activities to create or improve existing processes.
Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures.
Equipment testing qualification.

Requirements:
BSc in Mechanical/Biomedical/Industrial Engineer A must.
3+ years of professional experience in Process/NPI/ V&V or related field, from Medical Device field A must.
Proven work experience in a multidisciplinary environment, including Familiarity with multi-parts BOM and BOM configuration.
Familiarity with CAD and manufacturing drawings an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to details.
Familiarity with process validation.
Documents technical writing abilities.
Teamwork ability, Can do approach, high communication skills.
