The Junior Project Manager will support senior project managers in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that drives project success. Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and execution of project activities under the guidance of senior project managers.
* Coordinate project schedules, resources, and communications to ensure timely completion.
* Maintain project documentation, action, and project timelines.
* Support the identification and management of project risks and issues.
* Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project reports and presentations. * No prior professional experience is required; internships or academic project experience is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello) is a plus.
Experience:
1-2 Years.
