A day in the life of a Recruiter at our company:
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles in Tel Aviv, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their team needs and craft tailored hiring strategies.
Build and nurture a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive networking and relationship management.
Act as a trusted guide for candidates, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout the recruitment journey.
Coordinate interviews and provide support to both candidates and hiring managers to keep the process smooth and efficient.
Analyze recruitment processes and leverage data-driven insights to recommend and implement long-term improvements.
Collaborate with the global recruitment team on strategic process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Highly independent, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Demonstrable experience recruiting complex tech positions, from sourcing to closing
Fluency in English
Ability to follow processes with the confidence to know when to go off plan to maintain efficiency
Familiarity with Lever or similar applicant tracking systems
Exceptional interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Creative thinker with a knack for quick learning and adapting to new challenges.
