We're looking for a motivated and opinionated Product Design extraordinaire to lead our small and bright team of UX designers. Youll report to the VP of Product and manage a team of 2 designers, define the vision, and execute the user experience strategy, with the ultimate goal of improving the day-to-day of our users and, of course, delighting them.
You will be responsible for
Design strategy: working closely with senior leadership to understand the companys goals and translate them into a design vision that is aligned with the needs of the end-users, as well as communicating the design strategy and priorities across the organization.
Design standards: responsible for developing and maintaining design standards that ensure consistency across all products and services. This includes defining the visual design language, interaction patterns, and usability guidelines.
Design execution: working closely with the product team to implement the design accordingly, and ensure the end product meets the desired user experience standards.
Team leadership: overseeing all aspects of its vision and execution, including structuring and optimizing the organization to achieve our companys business strategy
