We are looking for a talented and motivated Backend Engineer to join our Tel Aviv team. In this role, you will focus on designing, building, and maintaining scalable systems that power our claims experiencea critical component of our customer value proposition. While this position is Backend-focused, we value versatility and candidates who are eager to learn frontend development and evolve into a Fullstack Engineer will thrive in this role.
A day in the life:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems
Lead technical solutions while maintaining a focus on robustness and efficiency
Mentor junior engineers and ensure high code quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Business, Engineering) globally
Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices
