Key Responsibilities:
Foster a welcoming community by engaging with members, facilitating discussions, and organizing events that inspire collaboration.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all community platforms, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
Oversee the community section of our website, ensuring it is informative, user-friendly, and reflective of community needs.
Define and track KPIs such as membership growth, engagement metrics, and partnership development to inform our community strategies.
Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience, including newsletters and social media posts.
Gather feedback from community members to refine offerings and address concerns, acting as their advocate within the startup.
Plan and execute both online and offline community events to strengthen relationships and encourage active participation.
