What You'll Do:
Youll facilitate and oversee the units roadmap planning process, helping the teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Youll be proactive and collaborate with product managers, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery and execution of key initiatives, new products and features.
Youll oversee and manage quality assurance, cross-functional and internal dependencies, and risk management.
Youll help the teams to make data-driven decisions, track success metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and bring impactful results to us.
Youll act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, fostering alignment and transparency, and help to enable other teams to drive growth, expansion and adoption of new and existing products.
Youll analyze and optimize workflows, streamlining product and development processes to help our scale efficiently while remaining agile and impact-focused.
Youll lead and facilitate high-impact, complex projects from start to completion, removing blockers and demonstrating a proactive problem-solving approach.
