Writing complex specification documents, including addressing the functional aspect, system integration, and ERD diagrams.
Analyzing requirements from stakeholders, investigating the current state, diving into details, understanding the business needs, and identifying gaps and needs.
Managing work interfaces with relevant project stakeholders, with the ability to drive and guide them professionally, including direct communication with the development team and overseeing the testing process.

Requirements:
At least two years of experience writing specification documents for Dynamics 365 (High-level & Detail design).
Experience in writing complex specifications in a multi-process environment.
Ability to work independently as part of a team, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and high motivation.
Experience in long-term savings/financial organizations an advantage.
Hands-on experience with implementing Dynamics 365 an advantage.
Relevant academic degree/system analysis course an advantage.
