An Ad Tech start-up is seeking for a Head of Technology/ CTO who's familiar with the Ad Tech field to lead our technical team and drive our technological vision forward.
As a part of your position you will oversee all aspects of technology, including hands-on development, cloud platform management, architecture, database systems, Quality Assurance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the technology team to achieve organizational goals. Oversee the development and implementation of technological solutions.
Ensure alignment of technology strategies with business objectives.
Actively participate in coding projects using JAVA and Python.
Utilize C # knowledge when applicable.
Manage and optimize services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Leverage Microsoft Azure services when required.
Design and oversee system and software architecture.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior technological leadership role.
Experience within the Ad Tech field,
Experience with leading offshore teams.
Hands-on coding experience with JAVA and Python.
Proficiency with GCP and AWS.
Knowledge of C #.
Strong knowledge of software architecture and database management.
Experience with QA methodologies and best practices.
Knowledge / experience in the digital marketing world, especially in programmatic advertising: DSP & SSP etc - an advantage.
