Silicon Engineering PMO

We are seeking a Silicon Engineering PMO to join the SoC organization. In this position, you will be responsible for driving planning, tracking & Signoff execution across multiple silicon flows. The work involves collaborating with Cross-functional teams for both Post Silicon and Pre Silicon teams worldwide.

You will drive and manage multiple SoC silicon flows with cross-functional teams around the globe.

Project planning and tracking responsibilities:
Define, improve, enforce, train and monitor development processes.
Develop reports & dashboards for tracking and presenting in wide forum meetings.Drive signoff processes across multiple silicon flows.
Coordinate deliveries from cross-functional teams and ensure deliveries are met in a timely manner with the required quality.
Guide the teams through project lifecycle phases across the different flows.
Very good understanding of the project status, including key aspects of the technical parts.
Ability to shift attention and focus to the areas they are most needed, be it hands-on or by connecting the right people at the right time.
Develop new tracking and scripting solutions to improve efficiency.
