Head of Warehousing Logistics & Operations Services

About the Role:
Youll oversee our warehouse operations and logistics workflows while acting as the key liaison between our team and customers. Your responsibilities will span logistics management, client communication, and sales support to ensure smooth operations and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Operations:
Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate Storage, retrieval, and order fulfillment.
Analyze and improve logistics workflows for efficiency and cost savings.
Oversee the use of Extensiv software to manage inventory and logistics processes.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries that meet customer expectations.
Address and resolve logistics-related customer complaints.
Maintain precise records of all warehouse and logistics operations.
Audit monthly invoices from warehouses to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and send invoices to customers on a monthly basis.
Leadership:
Lead and manage warehouse and logistics staff.
Assign tasks and monitor performance to achieve organizational goals.
Be available around the clock to address urgent matters via email, WhatsApp, etc.
Sales & Client Relations:
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide updates.Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual or phone) with both potential and existing clients.
Quote, negotiate, and close new business deals.
Nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth.
Provide feedback and solutions tailored to client needs.
