R&D Group Leader

The person in this role will lead the R&D group that will be developing next generation solutions of Sports and will have end-to-end ownership and will be responsible for all aspects of development in the group, consisting of Backend, Frontend, Mobile and QA engineers from technologies to processes to people management.

Youll report to the VP R&D and be a part of the engineering management team, establishing the engineering vision, goals and culture.

Manage a growing group of ~20 strong team members, led by 2 strong team leaders.
Lead the design, architecture, and the scaling up of our solution, as well as maintain an agile development process.
Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects.
Improve the group performance and effectiveness.
Take overall responsibility for recruiting and scaling the team to support its growth needs.
Develop, mentor and grow the group leadership.
