Masa Israeli was founded 19 years ago with the purpose of strengthening the feeling of belonging and love toward Israel, while expanding the Jewish, Zionist, and Israeli identity among youth, soldiers, and adults, both in Israel and overseas, by embarking on a meaningful and experiential journey throughout the land.

Description of Position:

Managing the resource raising operations; being a partner in decision-making regarding the organizational resource raising strategy
Assisting with locating potential local and overseas donors (individuals, businesses, funds)
Maintaining relations with existing donors and entities through regular updates, visits, field tours, and reports
Developing resources by preparing marketing materials
Oversight of donor appreciation operations
Authoring grant applications for funds, organizations, and private entities

Scope: 100%. The offices are in Tur Sinai, Jerusalem; hybrid schedule possible
