We're seeking a Senior 5G L2/L3 Stack Software Engineer to design, implement, and optimize advanced cellular communication systems for our 5G products. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in 4G/5G development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full development process of L2/L3 embedded protocol stack
Design, code, perform unit testing, debugging, and integration
Develop new features and environments for future products
Debug existing solutions used by our customers worldwide
Work with global teams to deliver cutting-edge cellular solutions

Requirements:
8+ years experience in C/C++ development of embedded/real-time components of multi-threaded systems
Strong communication skills
Proven expertise in troubleshooting and debugging
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
Expert understanding of communication protocols
Ability to translate L2/L3 standards and specifications
Hands-on experience with SW development methodologies
Linux user application development experience
Advantages:

Experience with 4G/5G cellular protocols, especially MAC layer
Background in telecom industry
Experience with Open RAN solutions
