In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, helping identify and attract top talent in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to job offer negotiation.
Conducting phone and HR interviews
Phone interview reviews.
Collaborate with technical recruiting managers.
Negotiate contracts with candidates.
Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies.
Maintain and expand our talent pipeline.

Ability to understand and communicate technical job requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
