We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Product Director to lead the full product lifecycle for one of our leading products, a performance DSP. This outcome-driven platform empowers brands to achieve immediate results and long-term value by optimizing user growth for their apps.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
o Prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, revenue potential, and input from key stakeholders.
o Define, track, and analyze KPIs to identify high-impact opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
Product Development & Execution:
o Lead the entire product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering teams.
o Develop and validate clear, actionable hypotheses through quantitative and qualitative research.
o Ensure timely and successful product launches.
Market & Competitive Analysis:

6+ years of experience in product management and development.
Must-have: Extensive experience with DSP products within the AdTech industry.
Strong technical background with a preference for experience with AI/ML technologies.
Native-level English & Hebrew.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
High ability to lead manage and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus.
A strong team player with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
