Required Corporate Business Applications Analyst
About the Role:
As our Corporate Business Applications Analyst you will be responsible for designing & implementing complex solutions, following Jira, JSM and Confluence best practices. You will support multiple stakeholders while enhancing business processes, increasing efficiency, and building the infrastructure for the evolving business needs. In addition you will also manage strategic initiatives and projects while utilizing your strong client-facing abilities.
Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Business Applications Analyst, you will lead the design, implementation, testing, and the enablement of thoughtful solutions and applications in support of the evolving business needs.
Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Jira and Jira Service Management instances, and conduct long-term improvement operations.
Interface with various departments in the organization including Engineering, Research, Partnerships, Product, Finance, and other business units to increase adoption and efficiency.
Design and implementation of Jira and JSM applications and additional projects by request.
Work collaboratively with our internal team to ensure that the proposed solution is aligned with enterprise architecture best practices.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in implementing Jira and Atlassian products.
A clear understanding of the Jira platform capabilities, limits, and latest technology offerings.
Strong hands-on experience building Jira Automations.
Familiarity with support projects with complex integrations and business processes between various departments & applications.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent project management skills.
Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.

Experience with Saltos solution for Jira change management.
Experience as a sys admin of other common corporate business applications, such as Salesforce, Workato ,Notion, DocuSign, Monday, BambooHR or equivalent Saas\ Ipaas applications.
